Who you are is whole
Open Floor movement practice, meditation and sound bath with Jane & Sevanti, assisted by Audrey
An immersive and nurturing day to foster deep awareness, build emotional resilience and experience deep rest in turbulent times
“Despite illness of body or mind, in spite of blinding despair or habitual belief, who you are is whole. Let nothing keep you separate from the truth. The soul, illumined from within, longs to be known for what it is. Undying, untouched by fire or the storms of life, there is a place inside where stillness and abiding peace reside. You can ride the breath to go there. Despite doubt or hopeless turns of mind, you are not broken. Spirit surrounds, embraces, fills you from the inside out. Release everything that isn't your true nature. What's left, the fullness, light and shadow, claim all that as your birthright.”

An immersive and nurturing day to foster deep awareness, build emotional resilience and experience deep rest in turbulent times.
Within Open Floor movement, and after some deep dancing we shall explore a movement score called ‘Pause / What / Where / Follow’, united with an embodied meditation of Tara Brach’s ‘R.A.I.N’ practice.
Our gently guided breathwork and mindful movement meditation will lead us into a profound restful state accompanied by a sound bath and yoga nidra practice…. where stillness and abiding rest reside.
Please bring a cushion and a blanket.
If you are particularly sensitive to crystal sound bowls, please bring earplugs to enjoy the sound vibration within your comfort needs
