Sacred Presence is a small group gathering to meditate and move together. There will be 15 attendees maximum. Details below.
Prerequisites - a seated meditation practice. A conscious movement practice.
Duration: 2 hr 30 min
Today we will gather to explore the still open space thats aware whilst meditating, moving and reflecting
Sense right outside the skin
feels space outside the skin.
Notice what happens when you listen to and feel the space behind you, just imagine and sense and feel into the space behind you
to the sides
In front
Above and below
listen to and feel the sensations inside the skin
completely open and receptive
listening to and feeling the whole moment
Just be the silence thats listening.
Whilst moving, the camera can be on or off depending on what feels most nourishing to you.
The meditation and playlist are yours to keep and practice with.
We will meet on zoom to practice together.
The group will be limited to about 10 - 15 people.

The soundscape will be sent by mixcloud link and backed up by we transfer so that you can create your own playlist if desired. Have your sound set up and ready so that we can move smoothly together from meditation to moving.
